2. Description of Service

Hikayati is an AI-powered storybook generation platform that allows users to create personalized, illustrated storybooks. Users can upload character photos, provide story prompts, and select illustration styles. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate story text and illustrations based on user inputs. Users may also order physical printed copies of their generated storybooks.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to the Service, including character photos and story prompts. By uploading content, you grant Hikayati a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have the right to upload all content and that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights. You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Generated Content

Stories and illustrations generated by the Service are created using AI technology. While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any generated content. You are granted a license to use, download, print, and share the generated storybooks for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use of generated content requires prior written permission.

6. Pricing & Payments

Physical book orders are priced at $30 per book. All prices are displayed at checkout and are subject to change. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. All sales of physical books are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

7. Usage Limits

To ensure fair usage, we may impose daily or monthly limits on the number of stories you can generate. These limits may vary based on your account type and are subject to change. Attempting to circumvent usage limits may result in account suspension.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content depicting minors in inappropriate situations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our AI models
• Use automated tools to scrape or access the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Hikayati and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service itself.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Hikayati shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and we may delete your account data.
